Engagement is one of the most important capabilities for organisations over the next decade. Getting people engaged in the mission of an organisation is a major competitive advantage: those organisations who do outperform their peers by an average of 3.5x (HumanSigma, Gallup, 2007), and future proof themselves. The question however, is, do you know how to define engagement, and then how to reliably increase it? This programme shows you how.

Engaged teams and employees are absolutely critical for organisations that aim to be competitive in the next decade. Organisations that optimise for engagement greatly outdo others, performing better on the stock market and enjoying greater productivity, loyalty and innovation.
