The world is changing! That’s a bit of a self-evident statement. Nevertheless, focused on operations and performance, many organizations and their leaders fail to think of and prepare for the future. For some the challenge is that “future” sounds as something far away from us. For others it is in the lack of understanding what and how should be different, what action is to be started now that will keep the organization competitive in the future.
Peter Zashev
Peter is an associate professor academic, business trainer and high-energy speaker on leadership. With 18 years of executive education experience, Peter has worked with the management of big companies across Europe and mainly in the Nordic countries, the Baltic States and Russia. He has also considerable consulting experience featuring private customers and projects in business strategy and organization as well as offering expert services to national and international organizations such as UNCTAD and the EU. Peter is also an active entrepreneur and board member in several companies.
