Format
The programme consists of combination of classroom sessions, case studies, group discussions, and team projects, all of which are designed to help participants deeper understanding of key business concepts and challenges. The programme is delivered in a modular format, with participants attending several days of classes over the course of several months.

Dr. Rebecca Homkes is a high-growth strategy specialist and CEO and executive advisor. She is a Lecturer at the London Business School Executive Education, Faculty at Duke Corporate Executive Education, Advisor and Core Faculty for BCGU (Boston Consulting Group), and a former fellow at the London School of Economics Centre for Economic Performance. A best-selling author, global keynote speaker and recognized thought leader, she is also the global Faculty Director of the Active Learning Program with the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), leads several fintech accelerators, and serves on the Boards of many high-growth companies. She earned her doctorate at the London School of Economics as a Marshall Scholar and is now based in Miami, San Francisco, USA and London. UK.

M. Wallace Green is a startup coach, mentor, and angel investor who has helped hundreds of founders across Central and Eastern Europe sharpen how they communicate bold ideas and mobilize support. Since 2015, he has worked closely with innovators to transform complex concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with investors, partners, and the media. Through this work, Wallace has developed a practical framework for storytelling that connects strategy, vision, and persuasion.
Earlier in his career, Wallace held senior strategy roles advising C-suite leaders at major European telecommunications companies across The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Czechia, Belgium, and Denmark. In those roles he saw firsthand that the success of strategic initiatives often depends not only on the idea itself, but on how effectively leaders communicate it. From boardrooms to investor meetings, strong narratives can align teams, accelerate decision-making, and build momentum for transformation.

Javier Marcos who will lead the Negotiations module is a Professor at Cranfield School of Management (UK). He is the Director of Learning for Performance Ltd., a boutique sales and negotiation training practice. He is regarded as an inspiring management educator, researcher and consultant and has 25 years of experience working in academia, consultancy and in multinational corporations.
He has delivered programmes for Bosch-Siemens, Khuene and Nagel, Unilever, the Cabinet Office, and the Treasury in the UK and for business schools in Europe and the US. He was the Director of Custom Programmes, Executive Education, and Senior Faculty at the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School.

Scott Gould who will lead the Engaged Organisation module, is an author and consultant on engagement. He examines the concept of engagement at a universal level, exploring how people engage with ideas, things, and each other. Scott is a prominent conference speaker, as well as a lecturer on several postgraduate programmes including the Kaospilots and the United Nations System Staff College.
Scott is the founder of Ampersand, an engagement consultancy that works with a diverse range of organisations on how they engage their employees, customers, and communities. As an advisor to various United Nations departments and agencies, he helped develop their team engagement initiative, based upon his theory of practical engagement.

Yoad Mick is the CEO of IMAgym and an imagination coach. Having reimagined himself throughout his career, Yoad’s journey has taken him from advertising, working on global brands at renowned agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi, BBDO, and Ogilvy, to becoming a creative director and then a marketing executive in the iGaming industry.
In every step, Yoad’s number one KPI to successfully achieving all other KPIs was always: Keep People Imagining, in a fun and safe atmosphere. Yoad’s journey has also taken him from Israel to Finland, to realize his passion for imagination, and to combine all his experience to develop this unique IMAGYM training methodology.
Today, Yoad trains individuals, managers, organizations, and academia to hack into their imagination and use it as a powerful tool for creating meaningful change, development, and empowerment. In addition, Yoad is a self-taught “Imagination Alchemy” artist, aspiring musician, and actor. He holds a major in psychology, is a reserve duty officer, and draws most of his imaginative inspiration from his three super girls.

Rihards Garančs who will lead Decision making module is the Executive Education Managing Director at SSE Riga and lecturer at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and Hanken Executive Education in Helsinki. He is the Course Director of the Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis and Business & Leadership Skills courses. He is also the Lead for Digital Transformation at the SSE Riga Institute for Strategy.
Rihards runs a consulting practice that develops Business Intelligence, Data Strategy, Data & Digital capability building.
Rihards holds a double degree MBA in HEC Paris and NUS, a BSc in SSE Riga as well as Data Science certification.

The Advanced Management Programme consists of an online introduction session and six comprehensive modules, each designed to address key areas of leadership and organizational success in today's dynamic business environment. All modules will take place on-site at SSE Riga, except for the Mastering the Art of Negotiation module, which will be held in Barcelona, Spain.

- Mastering the Art of Negotiation: Advanced Techniques – Enhance your negotiation skills with advanced techniques and strategies for influencing others. This immersive module focuses on achieving successful outcomes in negotiations while motivating employees and driving organizational change.
- Storytelling and Pitching in a Corporate Context – Great ideas often fail not because the strategy is weak, but because the story behind it is unclear. This module equips leaders with practical storytelling and pitching techniques to transform complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives that inspire action. Through interactive exercises, participants learn how to structure persuasive messages, present with confidence, and communicate ideas in a way that engages teams, aligns stakeholders, and drives decisions in high-stakes business environments.
- Decision Making: Strategic Thinking in a Complex World – Making effective decisions in complex situations is critical for organizational success. This module provides tools to enhance strategic thinking, empowering participants to act decisively and efficiently while navigating uncertainty.
- Creating an Engaged Organisation: Teams, Customers, and Communities – This module focuses on fostering engagement within organizations.
