This evening will be dedicated to reinventing business strategies, with three experts sharing their perspectives: Kristaps Siliņš on what makes brand strategies succeed or fail, Dmitry Minchenko on building and diversifying product portfolios, and Yoad Mick on the role of imagination in the age of AI. It’s an opportunity to learn, exchange ideas, and reconnect after the summer break.

Starting at 17:00, three experts will share fresh perspectives on how businesses can adapt and thrive in today’s changing environment:
🔹 Brand Strategies That Work (and Those That Don’t) – Kristaps Siliņš
Drawing on lessons from 75+ brands across 10 countries, Kristaps will explore what makes brand strategies succeed — and where they often go wrong. Expect practical insights on how to build stronger, sharper, and more resilient brands.
🔹 Strategy for Building a Product Portfolio – Dmitry Minchenko
With examples from the pharmaceutical industry, Dmitry will share approaches to selecting, diversifying, and financing product portfolios. From balancing risk to accelerating growth, he will highlight tactics relevant across industries.
🔹 The Missing Link in Digital Transformation: Training Imagination in the Age of AI – Yoad Mick
Generative AI is reshaping business, but imagination remains a uniquely human advantage. Yoad will demonstrate how training imagination like a muscle can empower leaders to navigate uncertainty and shape the future with intent.
From 19:00, join us for networking in the lobby with fellow professionals, faculty members, and industry leaders.
