Anastasija Danu-Žubule is an educator at SSE Riga Bachelor and Executive Education Programme, she is a certified supervisor and coach, drawing on strength-based and systemic approaches. With over 10 years of hands-on corporate business, as well as  people and culture experience in cross-country leadership roles across the Baltics and Eastern Europe, today, Anastasija works with individuals, teams, and organizations to help create more meaningful and human-centered workplaces.

Authenticity, care, and experimentation with creative techniques are at the heart of her practice. Elīza is a marketing professional with a decade of experience, including in high-growth startups where she has built brands from the ground up and often served as the public face of those brands.
