"We have started as an international business school – a pan-Baltic institution with a Swedish DNA – and now our student community has expanded further, both in the region and worldwide – from China to Latin America. In 2020, we welcomed one of our most international EMBA cohorts ever, with one in three students coming from abroad. We are tightly integrated with Stockholm School of Economics campuses in Sweden and Russia – elective courses for EMBAs take place in mixed groups across Stockholm, Riga, and St Petersburg," stresses Yuri Romanenkov, Chair of Executive Programmes at SSE Riga.

Since 2020, SSE Riga is part of the Global Network for Advanced Management, which gives Executive MBA students an opportunity to take part in an exchange programme with peers all over the world – from Yale and Berkeley in the US to HEC and Bocconi in Europe to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Asia.

We continue to invest in our internationalisation by offering a number of scholarships to exceptional international Executive MBA candidates.

For the intake of 2021, SSE Riga offers up to five merit-based scholarships worth EUR 16,500 each (covering 50% of the tuition fee) to outstanding international candidates from any country outside Latvia.

The application deadline is June 1.
