Second batch of SSE Business Lab Riga graduate Ideate 2026
The second batch of the SSE Business Lab Riga Ideate programme concluded on May 12th, following a seven week journey that took the teams from initial ideas to a Demo Day, presenting to external jury.
Ideate is a short pre-accelerator course designed to help SSE Riga students turn early ideas into sharper, market-ready startup concepts. Delivered alongside programmes of SSE Business Lab Stockholm, it is the first step in the entrepreneurial journey, available to students and graduates of SSE Riga. This year’s graduating teams demonstrated a range of startup concepts and prototypes, including highlights from:
- Futurcene X, who showcased an AI-native consulting startup helping senior experts deliver faster, sharper advisory work through an internal AI stack;
- Hashi - a DeFi prediction market arbitrage engine with live trading volume and a clear roadmap for expansion;
- RevSlip - a revenue intelligence platform that helps companies identify conversion and revenue leaks, with active pilots and early traction;
- and Renovate Fund - a platform connecting Latvian homeowners with renovation contractors while supporting access to EU renovation funding.
Several teams also earned follow-on opportunities after the programme. RevSlip was selected for a sponsored delegation trip to Stockholm backed by Newly, Futurcene X and Renovate Fund were invited to join the Shipyard AI accelerator cohort, and Hashi was invited to pitch at an NGL session in front of Latvian angel investors.
Congratulations to all the teams who completed the second edition of Ideate and brought their ideas to the next stage!
