Arkādijs Zvaigzne is an Assistant Professor whose work focuses on research, alongside teaching Microeconomics and Econometrics in the Bachelor programme.
He holds a PhD in Education from Harvard University, where he specialised in Education Policy and Program Evaluation. His research interests include higher education, workforce development, and the relationship between education and labour market outcomes. He also holds an M.S.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Riga Business School.
