A total of 23 students were awarded Executive Master of Business Administration diplomas during the graduation ceremony held at the SSE Riga Soros auditorium. The diplomas were presented by SSE Riga Rector Anders Paalzow and Chair of Executive MBA Yuri Romanenkov, who praised the students for their dedication and perseverance throughout their academic journey.

The graduation day served not only as a platform to acknowledge the students' outstanding academic achievements but also to celebrate new friendships and valuable networks students forged during their time at SSE Riga and international modules in Stockholm and Asia.

As part of the ceremony, Ivo Klotiņš and Dainis Skrinda received the Best Master Thesis award for their exceptional research on "Family Business Succession in Latvia." Their Master Thesis was supervised by Professor Anete Pajuste, whose guidance played a pivotal role in the students' success.

Additionally, Ilmārs Naglis and Pēteris Dalderis were recognized for their excellent business plan promoting pea protein-based nutrition products in Singapore, along with William Le Clere for his business plan on maritime transport development with Asia. These plans were crafted during the International Module organized in Singapore, which aims to provide students with an immersive experience in the Asian economic, business, and entrepreneurial environment, leadership culture, socio-political reality, consumer preferences, and future prospects. As a special honor, they received a memorial award named after Dr. Soban Masih.

The ceremony also featured a special guest, Normunds Stanevics, a distinguished alumnus of the Executive MBA Class of 2017.

The staff, faculty, and extended community of SSE Riga congratulate the graduates as well as their families, friends, and colleagues for their contributions to the success of the newest Executive MBA graduates during the intense two years of studies.
