Nikita Pusnakovs is a Project Director at the Institute for Strategy where he takes the lead on the Retail & Consumer Goods topic. Nikita’s latest research is in the impact of the emergence of business ecosystems on the consumer industries. In addition to his academic work, Nikita advises corporate executives and private equity investors around Europe on strategy, M&A, and business transformation. Nikita is also an Engagement Manager with Evolution Ltd where he partners with leading academics and practitioners in the strategy field to support executives and investors in putting frontier strategy research into practice. His prior experience also includes a range of management roles with L Oréal.
Nikita holds an MBA with Honours from the Smurfit Business School at University College Dublin and a BSc in Economics & Business from SSE Riga.
