Sapna Masih Advani is an Asian Leadership and Culture specialist. She has 25 years of experience spanning Singapore, Japan, and India as business school faculty, management consultant, and C-Suite Executive Coach.

As Managing Director of MasihWhite Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based management consultancy, Sapna specializes in decoding Asian leadership styles, and fostering senior leadership teams and C-suite leaders for multinational organizations. Her academic engagements include her role as Adjunct Professor at Shizenkan University’s Graduate School of Leadership and Innovation in Japan. Her academic focus lies at the intersection of human-centric leadership, cultural intelligence, and the evolution of global executive careers. For the past 10 years, she has led SSE Riga EMBA’s International Business Module in Asia.

Through her dual roles in academia and consultancy, she remains dedicated to shaping leaders who are both culturally astute and strategically agile in a rapidly shifting global landscape.

Sapna has a PhD in English Literature, is a certified Executive Coach, and is a qualified administrator of several global leadership assessments.
