Anastasija Danu-Žubule is the Course Director for Introduction to Management and Leadership in the SSE Riga Bachelor Programme, as well as a lecturer and coach at SSE Riga Executive Education. She is a certified international supervisor and coach, drawing on strength-based and systemic approaches to support individual, team, and organizational development.

With more than a decade of hands-on experience in international business, people, and culture leadership roles across the Baltics, Eastern Europe, and Nordics, Anastasija brings together practical corporate expertise and evidence-based leadership development. Today, she works with individuals, teams, and organizations to create more meaningful, resilient, and human-centered workplaces.

Anastasija holds degrees from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, the Norwegian School of Economics (Bergen, Norway), and the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (Tallinn, Estonia). She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King's College London, further deepening her expertise at the intersection of leadership, wellbeing, and human performance.
