Danu-Zubule Anastasija

Anastasija Danu-Žubule is the Introduction to Management and Leadership course director in the Bachelor’s Programme at SSE Riga, as well as a lecturer and coach at SSE Riga Executive Education. She is a certified international supervisor and coach, drawing on strength-based and systemic approaches.

With over ten years of hands-on corporate, business, and people-and-culture experience in cross-country leadership roles across the Baltics and Eastern Europe, Anastasija now works with individuals, teams, and organizations to help create more meaningful and human-centered workplaces.

She holds degrees from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, the Norwegian School of Economics (Bergen, Norway), and the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (Tallinn, Estonia).
