Danu-Žubule Anastasija

Anastasija Danu‑Žubule works across several roles at SSE Riga: she serves as Strategic Corporate Engagement Lead, directs the Introduction to Management and Leadership course in the Bachelor’s Programme, and teaches and coaches at SSE Riga Executive Education.

In her corporate engagement role, Anastasija leads strategic collaborations that are designed to create mutual value and long‑term impact for companies, students, and alumni, while ultimately contributing to Baltic society and advancing SSE Riga’s mission to strengthen the region’s competitiveness through the education of Baltic talent and research.

After more than ten years of hands‑on corporate, business, and people‑and‑culture experience in cross‑country leadership roles across the Baltics, Eastern Europe, and Northern Europe, Anastasija is now dedicated to helping organizations create more meaningful and human‑centered workplaces as an educator and certified international supervisor and coach.

Anastasija holds degrees from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, the Norwegian School of Economics (Bergen, Norway), and the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (Tallinn, Estonia).
