Companies can receive up to 70% co-funding through ERAF support to participate in SSE Riga’s Effective Manager Programme. Thanks to the Association of Business Service Leaders in Latvia for this collaboration, ensuring that more companies can provide modern educational development programmes for their employees!
The Effective Manager Programme kicks off on September 28th.
Who is eligible to apply?
Global business services centers, including shared service centers, outsourcing companies, research & development centers, and centralized units providing various support services like IT, finance, procurement, and customer service to different business units or external clients.
What is the amount of co-financing?
Large Enterprises: 30-50%; Medium Enterprises: 60%; Small Enterprises: 70%
