Rihards Garancs is the Strategic Advisor for Executive Education at SSE Riga. In this role, he advises the team on the development and implementation of programmes and supports the expansion of the Executive Education portfolio.

Rihards teaches Artificial Intelligence, Data & Decision Making, Digital Strategy, and executive-level problem-solving courses at SSE Riga and Hanken School of Economics. His work focuses on helping leaders and organizations use AI and data-driven approaches to improve decision-making, strategy execution, and operational performance.

Alongside academia, Rihards runs a consulting company that helps organizations extract value from data and artificial intelligence while also facilitating strategy consultancy services. He has worked with companies across more than 10 countries and a wide range of industries, supporting initiatives related to business intelligence, analytics transformation, digitalization, reporting automation, and AI adoption.

Rihards is an SSE Riga graduate and holds a double-degree MBA from HEC Paris and the National University of Singapore, as well as a Data Science certification from Paris.
