Aleksandra Klein is a Visiting Lecturer at SSE Riga and an Assistant Professor at Vlerick Business School.

Aleksandra’s research explores the intersection of creativity and performance. She concentrates on how management accounting and control systems affect creative environments. Her research has been published in several top-tier (FT50) academic journals and business outlets.

Aleksandra has taught at different European business schools, winning several teaching and research awards.

Before she became an academic, Aleksandra was an Associate at Deutsche Bank Inhouse Consulting – where she gained important practical experience that she now applies to her research and teaching posts.
