Study Process

Study Process

Earn the Executive MBA degree without taking a break in your career. The programme is designed to allow students to balance career, family and studies during two years of intensive Executive MBA studies.

The class size and class structure facilitate close interaction between faculty and participants. Students take only one course at a time.

Student contributions to the discussions and sharing of knowledge, ideas and experience between the participants are very important elements of the Executive MBA programme. Therefore learning teams are formed – groups of 4-5 participants assigned for each semester – to provide a structured framework for mutual development and a core unit for the leadership development curriculum.

The class meets once a month for an intensive four-day module from Wednesday morning to Saturday evening.

A successful combination of intensive classwork with additional reading and exercises provided a possibility to adjust the intensity of studies to my work calendar. Also, the diversity of study mates truly enriched my learning experience.

The programme opened a window to a network of like-minded and curious professionals with whom I was able to grow and develop. My first education is in law and this experience gave me a very good platform for becoming a business professional.

What makes the Executive MBA programme special is the people, who are already professionals and share their diverse experience. I enjoyed this the most, not just that
they come from different countries or companies.

Studies have helped me grow both as a person and an entrepreneur. Every module has given me ideas on improving my company and new knowledge to apply in the field I work in.

Every single module we have had has taught me something new or broadened my existing knowledge – mostly thanks to good lecturers from different countries and backgrounds, all of them on the cutting edge of their field.
