„The Guide for New Entrepreneurs” now available in Latvia’s libraries and online
On the 25th of November, the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga presented „The Guide for New Entrepreneurs” published within the Best Agers project (www.best-agers-project.eu).
The project is being implemented by 19 partners from 8 European countries with the support of the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013. The aim of the project is to promote the competitiveness of the Baltic Sea Region countries, with particular emphasis on people aged 55 and up.
During the presentation of the book, Dr. Arnis Sauka, entrepreneurship researcher at SSE Riga and academic vice-rector of Ventspils University College emphasized that “the potential for cooperation between young people and best agers who have acquired a lot of knowledge and experience is underestimated”. He called on the audience to think of ways in which these two groups could complement each other, especially during the current economic situation.
An electronic version of the book (in Latvian) will be soon be available in all the libraries in Latvia and can be downloaded here >
