SSE Riga Executive Education: A group of managers complete a Mini MBA programme tailored specifically for their company
In November, 19 managers from Solvay Business Services (from Latvia, Portugal, Germany and Italy) completed an SSE Riga Mini MBA programme by presenting their team projects to SSE Riga faculty and Solvay management. This programme has been specially designed for the company to further strengthen its leadership capacity and develop talent and overall competitiveness.
The programme consisted of four modules which were delivered by seven lecturers over a 9 month period in Riga.
Solvay Business Services is a part of the Solvay Group, which is an international chemical and advanced materials production company. The Mini MBA programme was designed to support clusters of Solvay’s behavioural competencies and included topics according to Solvay’s personal development needs.
