Healthcare Specialists from the Baltics Receive Certificates in Management

Twenty-five doctors and healthcare specialists from all three Baltic States were awarded certificates after completing the Effective Healthcare Resources Management Programme in late March at SSE Riga.

It is an intensive, three-module programme for hospital and healthcare managers from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The programme offers participants knowledge, skills, and the necessary tools for making sound decisions in managing financial resources. In addition, it provides training in  formulating, executing, and evaluating an organisational strategy to ensure the success and competitiveness of an organisations in the process of change.

During the period from October to March, healthcare managers attended modules on Healthcare Finance, Health Economics, and Healthcare Strategic Management – more than 60 hours of training. The programme features international faculty from top-ranking educational institutions in the USA and the United Kingdom.
