Associate Professor Anete Pajuste attended the 5th Paris Financial Management Conference
On December 18-20, 2017, Anete Pajuste, Associate Professor at SSE Riga, and Artūrs Loze, SSE Riga BSc programme graduate, attended the 5th Paris Financial Management Conference.
At the 5th Paris Financial Management Conference they presented the paper “The Effect of Domestic to Foreign Ownership Change on Firm Performance in Europe”. This paper is a joint work of thesis partners Artūrs Loze (Class of 2017) and Mārtiņš Lindemanis (Class of 2017) and their supervisor Anete Pajuste. There were record 706 papers submitted to the conference this year, and the paper was among 203 selected ones. The conference was an excellent networking event with participants from 36 countries.
The conference is hosted by the IPAG Business School (France), aims to bring together academics, practitioners and policymakers sharing interests in financial management, financial markets, corporate governance, etc. It also provides a forum for presenting new research results as well as discussing current and challenging issues in financial management and related topics.
