Change Management

Change Management

Programme dates: October 24, 2017

CONTEXT

We are living in a growingly unstable, dynamically changing and uncertain world! So are our companies and only those of them who manage to read the future and act upon it in time will strive for success! The slogan “Leaders drive change!” has never been more actual as change is now the permanent state of affairs! But most organizations are made of people and we, people, traditionally fear and try to avoid change! The intensive one day workshop "Change Management" is designed to provide you with cutting-edge knowledge and strategic tools for i) foreseeing, ii) prioritizing and iii) driving change. It focuses on the leader’s role and the interaction between forces supporting and opposing change!

Change is here to stay and you can learn to employ the power of driving it for a benefit!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND AND WHY?

This programme is for team leaders and top executives who need to constantly adjust to the changing business environment and implement various change initiatives in their companies and organizations. But this is not as easy as it sounds! Change requires excellent leadership and still faces resistance on many levels for logical and sometimes illogical reasons. Therefore, just focussing attention on devising the best possible vision and strategy is not enough. Good leaders have to understand the human aspect of change and learn how to plan and execute it correctly. The "soft” side of change has very “hard” and concrete implications: mastering it needn’t be a mystery.

CONTENT

The training is based on the 8-Step Process of Dr. Kotter and accounts for some cross-cultural specifics within the political and organizational setup in the Baltic States.
