Building High-Performing Teams

Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much! Nowhere is this wisdom more visible and valuable than in business. No matter how great the leader or the idea or the money supporting it, no business will prosper in the absence of a strong team.

Programme dates: November 13, 2018
Venue: Tallinn Airport, Lennujaama tee 12, Tallinn 11101, Room "Forest"

Building one is not that easy and appears to be one of the most challenging tasks for business leaders and entrepreneurs. This is, perhaps, what makes Henry Ford say: “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” Once you start working together with passion, commitment and a mission, miracles start happening! But how do you make a high-performing team? It is not about attracting superstars, nor is it about securing unquestioned loyalty. Let’s come together, learn and discuss what we can do to develop our own teams and gear them for success!

The workshop is aimed at team leaders and/or team members who want to understand how they can better contribute towards forming and developing a high-performing team. Thus, the only prerequisite for attending is the realization that in business, success is not an individual but a team sport!

One-day programme:

  • Who are the best team members and how do we find them?
  • Stages of team formation: challenges, leadership, tactics
  • What are the characteristics of high-performing teams?
  • How do we address the development gaps of our team?
  • What kind of leaders have better chances of forming high-performing teams?
  • Coaching for team success
